I became involved in this area (rights of girls, women) when I last travelled into some rural areas in Enugu state where there has never been electricity since the world began exept for rich men living in towns who come home, once in 10 years and buy a generator set. I saw the pains and the mosquitos as well as manutrition, sickness and stunted growth. After due consideration I decided to champion a public opinion in their favour and help them get out of the pain. (read more)

I believe a good leader is a person who knows when they need to take charge. At the same time, they can let other people take lead and work with them to achieve the common goal. Leaders must be tough enough to fight but tender enough to cry. Leaders must be human enough to make mistakes, but also humble enough to admit them. Leaders must be adventurous enough to get knocked down but resilient enough to get back up and keep on moving. The world needs leaders!!! (read more)
